HR Manager Europe 

Sandra Cournoyer is the Human Resources Manager Europe (UK, Germany, France) for MTI Technology and is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources.
Sandra has more than 15 years experience in the field of HR, since prior to joining MTI she held different positions at Sylvania Lighting; where she was an integral part of the Human Resources (EMEA) Team at their Headquarters in Raunheim/Frankfurt.
Before that Sandra worked in different countries, like Israel, Italy, France and Canada where she improved her language skills as well as gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge about other cultures. Sandra is fluent in German, English, French and Croatian.

Sandra joined MTI Technology in October 2010 and over the years she has taken part in several restructures, acquisition processes and renewals, where she took a leadership role on our merger and renewal projects. Sandra is based out of our German office in Wiesbaden.

Outside of work Sandra loves spending time with her family, watching her two boys at their football tournaments or going for a walk along the Rhine river.
